I’ve been working professionally as a photographer since 2002 and in that time I’ve shot just about everything. One thing that has remained constant throughout that stretch has been covering Kansas basketball. I’ve shot over 500 games at Allen Fieldhouse and beyond, five Final Fours and four national title games. I always believe the best photos are going to come from the camera in your hand, but my remotes have really broadened my ability to produce compelling images and have saved me on countless occasions.

My calling is definitely as a photographer, but I’m also happiest when I’m making things, whether that is photography-related, or building things in and around my house or for other people.

I came up with this design because I’m most comfortable triggering my remote cameras with a left-hand button, leaving my right hand dedicated to the shutter button on the camera in my hands. If these cords work for you, please let me know about it! Cheers!
